The cellar "Vini Cervino"

The heart of the winery is represented by the typical caves dug out the clay and which extend along the outskirts of Roccanova.
Some of them date back to the 1700’s and many wine growers consider them as the best “business card” to show their friends with pride.
In these natural caves the wine is kept and remains for months or even years.
In the year 2000, this ancient practice of producing wine gave birth to the “Grottino di Roccanova” I.G.T. (Indicazione Geografica Tipica, Typical Geographic Indication).
Cervino Donata Maria company every year produces 48.000 bottles of IGT (Typical Geographic Region)"Grottino di Roccanova" wines.".
